Founder
Reé is a certified sound bath practitioner dedicated to creating a space where Black people feel seen, valued, and supported in their wellness journey, while still ensuring that all individuals are welcomed. By focusing on rest as an essential aspect of wellness, she helps people find personalized, restorative practices—like sound therapy—that nourish both body and mind. Her mission is to create a truly inclusive environment where everyone can prioritize their well-being and restore balance, while honoring the unique experiences of Black communities.

Founder
Salena B has over 10yrs of experience in grief work as a certified Grief Coach, sound healer and energy worker who was initiated into grief work by her ancestors. She pulls from her African and Indigenous roots to firmly but gently guide people of color towards reconnecting to themselves and the land through ancestral practices with a focus on healing collective grief.

Stephanie Barbee is a holistic clinician social worker. She is a wearer of many hats, but ultimately has a heart for healing. She uses her life experience and spiritual gifts to provide authentic healing space.

Our vision is a strong local food hub. Through teaching sustainable agriculture and creating holistic health, wellness, and providing healing opportunities for individuals and communities, our goal is to create food equity and heal trauma through immersion in nature while simultaneously healing the planet.

Founder
Aloha is a North City, St. Louis Native who has over 20 years carved out her own lane as a singer, writer, and overall creative for dope spaces and things. Driven by her connection to nature, a call from the coffee plant and matriarchal ancestors, Aloha seeks to create safe, healing, and liberated experiences that shares the art of living well through her talents and big heart.
